Ingredients

  • 2 cupsbasmati Rice
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 cupPineapple juice
  • 1 cuppineapple chopped
  • 1/4 cupdryfriutes
  • 4 cardamoms
  • 4cloves
  • for garnishPomegranate seeds
  • leavesFew mint
  • 1 1/2 cupWater
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat water with salt 1 tsp then add washed rice cooked till 80%, then heat ghee in another kadhai add cloves and cardamom crush

    Then add dry fruits, pineapple chopped, sugar, pineapple juice, salt to taste cook for 3 minutes

    Then add cooked rice mix it, cover it and cook for 5 minutes. Decorate with pomegranate and mint. Serve hot.
