  • 2tomatoes
  • Onion
  • 2 tbscooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt

    Sort omena and boil for 1hr 30mins without turning

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and tomatoes then cover.

  3. 3

    Add oil and salt after 4mins

  4. 4

    Add 1cup of milk then cook for 10mins

  5. 5

    Serve with Ugali and spinach
