  • 3fresh pepper
  • 2eggs
  • to tasteSalt
  • Spice for noodles
  • Groundnut oil

Steps

    Mix egg + sliced onions + pepper and add salt

  2. 2

    Fry egg for 5mins with groundnut oil

  3. 3

    Put noodles in boiling water

  4. 4

    Add spices+onions+pepper to noodles

  5. 5

    Serve on a flat plate
