Soak dates in hot water.when it get soft grind it smooth paste.

Sieve rajgira ata, vari ata, singhara ata, baking powder & baking soda. Mix all the dry ingredients well. Keep aside.

In another bowl add mashed banana, desi ghee, sugar, yoghurt & mix throughly.

Add elaichi powder & coconut. Mix well.

Add the mixture of dry ingredients slowly. Start adding milk as required. Add dry mixture & milk alternately till all the mixture is finished & you get required batter consistancy.

Pour the mixture in a greased tin.

Bake the cake in oven at 180 C for 25 minutes.

You can bake the cake in cooker or on gas stove using non stick pan.
This cake turns out little moist & tastes heavenly. - 9
Sprinkle some coconut powder and cut it.
