Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlPuffed rice
  2. FewGround nuts
  3. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  5. 1Onion chopped
  6. 1Green chilli (chopped)
  7. FewCurry leaves
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  10. SomeOil
  11. As neededCoriander leaves
  12. As requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the puffed rice in a bowl

  2. 2

    Wash them well for 2-3 times

  3. 3

    Drain the water, cover and keep it aside

  4. 4

    Heat a pan on medium heat. Add oil add ground nuts

  5. 5

    Fry them until they turn reddish

  6. 6

    Take out the fried ground nuts and Keep them aside. Add mustard seeds in the same oil let it pop up

  7. 7

    Add cumin seeds let it spluter

  8. 8

    Add curry leaves green chilli and chopped onion mix it well

  9. 9

    Add salt mix it

  10. 10

    Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.

  11. 11

    Add Turmeric powder

  12. 12

    Mix and soaked puffed rice with fork and add in the pan add coriander leaves

  13. 13

    And cook on low heat for 2 minutes

  14. 14

    Sushila is ready now it's serve quickly
