500 gQuorn Mince
1Knorr Rich Beef Pot
1Garlic clove
1/4 TSPCopped chilli
1 packSwartz Chilli Con Carne
1 TinTomatoes
1 TinKidney Beans in water
5Mushrooms
1/4 TSPsmoked paprika
3 TBSvinegar
to tasteSalt and pepper

Cook if the mince then add everything else, bring to boil and let simmer

Blitz Cauliflower in a blender (or use pre prepared) and dry fry in a non stick pan.

Serve the cauliflower immediately. The chilli can be portioned and frozen
