  • 500 gQuorn Mince
  • 1Knorr Rich Beef Pot
  • 1Garlic clove
  • 1/4 TSPCopped chilli
  • 1 packSwartz Chilli Con Carne
  • 1 TinTomatoes
  • 1 TinKidney Beans in water
  • 5Mushrooms
  • 1/4 TSPsmoked paprika
  • 3 TBSvinegar
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cook if the mince then add everything else, bring to boil and let simmer

    Blitz Cauliflower in a blender (or use pre prepared) and dry fry in a non stick pan.

    Serve the cauliflower immediately. The chilli can be portioned and frozen
