  3. Seasoning

  5. Scotched bonnet and onions
  6. Lil oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash,feel and fry the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Wash the fish and remove the unwanted,set on fire,add the grinded scotched bonnet and onion,add the seasoning and and spices and lil oil,cook till its somehow thick and very tender.

  3. 3

    Eat with the chips,you can also serve with yam,rice and spag.enjoyyy
