These soft Fluffy Pancakes are not only super tasty but also very filling. Enjoy topped with drizzled honey, icing/powdered sugar, fruits, ice cream or just by themselves with a cup of your favorite beverage.

These soft Fluffy Pancakes are not only super tasty but also very filling. Enjoy topped with drizzled honey, icing/powdered sugar, fruits, ice cream or just by themselves with a cup of your favorite beverage.
Steps

In one bowl, whisk dry ingredients together: flour, baking powder, cinnamon*, salt and sugar

Melt margarine/butter
- 3
In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients: eggs, melted margarine/butter, vanilla* and milk together.

Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Don't over mix as it'll will make them dense and chewy

Put the pancake batter in the fridge for 10 minutes for extra Fluffy Pancakes. Or omit and skip to next step, they'll turn out great either way.

Heat pan on medium heat
Grease pan
Add 1 laddle/serving spoon of pancake batter
Spread it out a little - 7
Use spatula to carefully flip once sides have set
Let the under part cook until ready, it'll have some brown spots.
Remove from pan.
Repeat with remaining batter. - 8
Keep your eye on them to avoid burning.
Yields about 10 pancakes.
