  1. 1avocado
  2. 2small eggs
  3. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  4. 1lime sliced
  5. fresh cilantro chopped for garnish

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut avocado lengthwise and remove the pit.

  2. 2

    Crack the eggs inside the holes where the pit use to be.

  3. 3

    Top with grated parmesan and bake for 7 minutes. **garnish with fresh squeezed lime and cilantro for a fiesta in you mouth!**
