Bring the rice to a boil with the water, milk, and cinnamon stick. After 10 minutes, add the sugar and coconut cream. Let it simmer until the rice is tender. You can add more milk if needed.

Open the coconut and remove the flesh.

Grate the coconut and cut the mango into pieces.

Serve the rice pudding topped with grated coconut and mango.
