Easy kheer
This is so good either cold or hot to help calm the stomach as well as a wonderful morning treat for most times. I actually eat this in the morning. Take the time look at my video on how to make it at Nerds Unite - my first video

Steps
- 1
Pour 2 cups milk into pan with the rice and stir on about heat seven, then add milk. You may need about 1 cup more to make couple servings as the milk will evaporate a little.
- 2
Add the sugar as you see like bits of pudding forming then stir and keep the tempature on seven.
- 3
Then once you have a thicker mixture, you can take it off the heat. Through out the process the milk will dry to the side of the pan, scrape it off and it will help form the pudding. Don't worry if you don't have regular sugar you can use a lot of different types. Just make sure you stir well and the flavor may be off slightly since different sugar.
