A simple, delicious, and super quick batter to make—no need for a scale! This time, my little helper joined me in the kitchen! Make it with your kids and check out my video recipes on https://www.facebook.com/mammachemammicomio!
Steps
- 1
Start by pouring the yogurt into a bowl. Use the empty yogurt container to measure the rest of the ingredients: vegetable oil, sugar, flour, and eggs. You can use a stand mixer, a food processor, or just a bowl and electric mixer—this cake always turns out great!
- 2
Mix the ingredients together for a few minutes until smooth and fairly runny. Add the baking powder and mix until fully combined.
- 3
Grease and flour your chosen cake pan, then pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for 35 minutes.
- 4
You'll get a super soft cake that's perfect for any occasion! (You can also use this batter to make muffins or a loaf cake!)
