Rub garlic and ginger into your chicken(slice thighs for the spice to penetrate better)

In a pan heat the oil and fry your meat with the lid on(can work with a sufuria as well..Am just a pan fan) fry until all parts are golden brown stirring to ensure even frying once in a while

Once the water has dried out add 1/2 amount of your chopped onion..carrots...ad half amount your capsicum And stir.cover with the lid and let cool for about 2minutes

Lift the lid and stir once more...then add your tomatoes and cover you pan.let cook for about five minutes until your tomatoes are tender to smash.smash to form a paste

Add your remaining onions,capsicum and a bunch of dhania,salt and soy sauce

After 2minutes you can eat as is or add water to make soup...Add 1 c water and your mixture of corn flour and water..stir and let boil in medium heat for 10-15minutes

Remove from heat and let it sit for 5minutes before serving.helps spices sip into the meat

Serve with desired side dish like rice..ugali..or spaghetti
