Steps

Take a frying pan,put 2 tblespoon oil and 1/2 tblspoon cinnamon and pour curry leaves.

After 2 min pour the chopped garlic and onions and cook for 5 minutes till brown colour and blend it.

Again put one tblsp oil in pan and put jeera (cumin) and one chopped onion and cook 2-3 minutes and pour the paste of cooked garlic and onion and put tomato puree and cook 5 minutes.

After that pour salt,red chilli, black pepper,garam masala, and cook 2-3 minutes.

And then add half bowl butter and melt and cook 1 -2 minutes and then put boiled dal and mix well 3-4 minutes and after that put 1 tbsp butter and green coriander for garnishing.
