1 pkgtortillas of choice
1 lbbrakfast sausage
1 lbbacon of choice
2red bell peppers
2green bell peppers
1large onion
1 dozeneggs
2 cupscheese of choice
1pre packaged peppered white gravy mix

Ake gravy according to package. Then scramble eggs

Bake in a 350°f oven until everything is warmed and cheese is melted... Make as many or little as you please. P.s its great topped with sliced avocado,salsa or hot sauce.
