First of all take two bouls, in first bowl put two egg yolk and in another bowl also put two egg yolk.

Now in this egg yolk we add half teaspoon of salt, few coriander leaves and mix.

After than we will mashed boiled potatoes, take a pan put on the gas flame, at medium flame add oil, then put Jeera, then add chopped onions and green chilli with tomato. Mix well. Add mashed boiled potatoes here, with chopped coriander leaves and all spices. After five minutes of cooking switch of the gas flame.

After than take flat non stick, tawa, put on the gas flame, put oil and now take from one bowl of mix egg yolk, start to make omelet.

Then cover it from the next fresh bread, now this sandwich is dip into already prepared egg yolk solution. And shallow fry on the non sticky tawa, and serve with grated cheese.

Now this omelet is cutting from the middle and make small small roll.

Now take a fresh white bread, spread cooked potatoes mixture, now spread over green Tutty fruity with small roll of omelet. Add sprinkle of chat masala. Then garnish with grated cheese and serve it.
