Ingredients

  • 1 kgflour
  • 20 gyeast
  • 15 gm salt
  • 100 gms sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 ml corn oil
  • 5 gm Cardamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, salt sugar and cardamon, make a well on the center and add in egg and yeast that has been diluted in milk and knead to a soft dough.

    Cover your dough and give it time to proof,pin out your dough and cut has per you desired shape and size placing in tray.

    Deep fry in a hot medium oil.keep them in a open container to cool and serve.
