Heat nonstick pan add ghee in it, add rajma paste in it and cook on medium flame approx 20 minutes or until the mixture leaves the pan.

Add roasted khoya in it and mix well, cook it for another 5 minutes.

In another pan heat beetroot juice, add sugar in it & make sugar syrup,it takes around 4 minutes

Add beetroot sugar syrup in rajma khoya mixture, mix properly

Cook until better thickens, switch off the flame

Add elaichi powder

Add coco powder, vanilla essence and mix properly

Grease the plate and spread mixture evenly in it.

Decorate it with silver verk, keep aside for 2 hours and let it cool

Cut it in desired shape.Colours turns out awesome
