A quick, no cook and a lip smacking party appetiser sandwich, which can be dished out at the last minute too. They can be easily made ahead of time as well and refrigerated in boxes or in zip lock bags

Slice the edges of the bread slices

In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned besides olives rings

Mix them all very well and check for the seasoning, if it’s needs any adjustment

Now apply about 1-2 full of the mix on one side of a bread slice and cover with another

Slice the sandwich into bite sized pieces (finger food)

Prepare all the sandwiches similarly

If you are making these ahead of time, store them at this stage packed in boxes/zip lock bags

If serving immediately, arrange the sandwiches on the serving platter

Add a sliced olive ring on top of each and stick a toothpick
