1 cupBesan / gram flour
2 tspred chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspBaking powder
2 tspRice flour
2 tspGinger garlic paste
as requiredOil to deep fry

Take one bowl add palak and add besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, baking powder, mix it well to make fine butter

Make pakodi (fritters), and dip one by one into the oil and fry it to make golden brown colour
