Noodles and fried egg

Wash and cut your tomatoes,onions,pepper and set them aside

Wash your egg,break and whisk it then set aside

Light your cooker on a medium heat and place ur sauce pan

Add water to it and allow it to boil for 3 minutes

Add your noodles and some sliced onions

Allow it to boil for another 2 minutes,turnoff your cooker and pour the noodle in a sieve

While in the sieve add your noodles ingridents and your vegetables to the noodles then turn it together

Set it aside and turn on your cooker to a low heat this time

Add some groundnut oil allow it to stay for three seconds before adding your whisked Egg

Then flip the egg continuously in other to fry both sides

Pour in your noodles to the sauce pan and turn the both together,add a little amount of water(optional) if you want

Cover the sauce pan and turn off your cooker, your noodles is ready, serve with any drink of you choice
