Steps

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a heavy bottom pan and roast all dry fruit. And take it out in a plate and chopped them.

Add other 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. Heat it then add semolina and fry till semolina turns light golden brown.

Now Add water and cook on low heat till all the water is absorbed by semolina and it become soft.

Add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes, until sugar melts and the halwa is slightly brownish in colour.

Take a bowl add kesar and milk in it.

Now add kesar (saffron) milk, yellow colour,and chopped dry fruits in halwa. And mix well.Halwa is ready.

Take bread slice and cut it in heart shape. Take a pan heat oil and fry bread slice till golden brown.

Heat a pan add sugar and water.And make 1 string chashni.

When chashni cool down put bread slice in it. And after 2 min. Take it out.

Now arrange halwa between bread slice and decorate with chopped pistachio.
