Boil water in a sufuria

Add salt to the water

Add cut carrots,beetroot and brocolli to the hot water stirring consistently for 3mins

Drain the water and put the vegetables in a container,cool them and put them in the freezer for 15mins

Cut an onion and put butter in it on a pan.Put the chopped tomato and add the veges from the freezer.Stir fry for 1.5min and serve
