Preheat your oven to 380 degrees centigrade. Dust the baking tins with margarine and a little flour and set aside. Peel the bananas and mash them in a large bowl. Add the margarine and slowly mix them. Add sugar and whisk together until fully incorporated, beat in the eggs one by one until the mixture is fluffy.

Sieve the flour into the mixture of bananas, eggs, sugar and margarine and mix thoroughly. Add milk slowly by slowly as you mix the dough till it's smooth and runny, with no bumps.

Slowly put the dough onto your baking pan, filling it three quater way for each cupcake. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Let cool and you can enjoy them
