Beef Patty, Restaurant-Style Hamburger

How to make the beef patty in a hamburger look appealing and be as tender as those from a restaurant. I've tried making it countless times but never felt it was right until today. I'm really satisfied with it, and it's truly delicious and interesting to enjoy with sweet potato fries. This burger is made for kids, so the meat needs to be fully cooked yet still flavorful and tender. ❤️

Steps
- 1
Make the Worcestershire sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients until dissolved, then refrigerate for later use.
- 2
Grind the beef and mix in the listed ingredients. Massage the meat with your hands, slapping it multiple times. Initially, the meat will flatten, but the more you slap it, the more elastic and well-shaped it becomes. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, slapping the meat a few times every 30 minutes (the longer the chilling time, the better).
- 3
After marinating, divide the meat into portions of about 2.8 ounces (80 grams) each. Use a homemade ring to shape them nicely. Meanwhile, sauté the onions with salt and pepper in a pan until cooked.
- 4
Cut the hamburger buns in half and grill them with the meat. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the meat for enhanced flavor, spread butter on the meat, and continue grilling. Finally, place a slice of cheese on top.
- 5
Cover with another pan to melt the cheese. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the hamburger buns, layer with lettuce on the bottom, followed by tomatoes, beef patty, and sautéed onions on top. Enjoy!
