Steps

Take maida in bowl,kaju and banana put in jar and blend to make smooth paste,in maida add paste and Elaichi powder,required water,make little batter.

Take one pot add sugar and water and let it boil and make 1 string chasni,add saffron and cardamom powder.

Heat the oil on medium flame,take batter in spoon and pour in oil it will spread itself inside oil,(if by mistake batter is runny add maida and mix it.)make sure batter is not to thick or thin.

When One side becomes golden colour turn to other side and make it golden brown from both sides,after that put it into medium hot sugar syrup.

Finish making all the malpuas in the similar way.Serve hot,decorate with chopped almonds or cashews.
