Rice,noddles and beans
The best meal ever to enjoy for lunch.

Put 2 tbsp of oil in a sufuria,add rice followed by 4 cups of water then add 1/4 salt to the meal.that is when cooking rice.mix it well and let it cook for 30 minutes.

When preparing noddles,put one packet of noddles in a clean sufuria,add three cups of water followed by the royco placed in the parket itself...let it cook for 30 minutes...after it has been cooked,sieve the noddles to remain alone.

To the beans,heat oil into a sufuria.add chopped onions,add garlic and tomato together.leave it for about 5 minutes then add carrots.let it cook for 5 minutes again.lastly add royco then leave it to cook for 20 minutes.

Serve together with the noddles and rice.enjoy the meal and see how yummy it will be.
