Tawa Pulao

Steps

Heat oil in a pan.. add Jeera, bay leaf, Cinnamon stick, clove and Black pepper. Fry it for few seconds on medium flame.

Then add sliced onions.. Fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame and keep stirring. Then add ginger garlic paste, mix it and cook for a minute on low flame

Add capsicum, cauliflower, carrot, peas. Mix and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Check that cauliflower and carrot should become bit soft

Add tomatoes mix it, cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala. Mix it properly and cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes

Add boiled rice, mix salt.. mix everything and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Add garam masala powder and mix properly. Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes on low flame

Add lemon juice and mix it properly.

Turn off the flame, tawa pulao is ready to serve.. ENJOY!!
