Ingredients

  1. 1 kgdosa idli batter
  2. 300 gmsbottle gourd grated
  3. 1carrot grated
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 2-3 tspCoriander
  6. 3-4 tspcorn and peas boiled
  7. 1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste
  8. To tasteSalt as per taste
  9. 1Lime juice
  10. To tasteSugar
  11. 2-3 tspPickle masala or as per taste
  12. 1 tspSoda
  13. ForTadka:
  14. SomeOil
  15. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  16. 1/2 tspSesame seeds white
  17. 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  18. FewCurry leaves
  19. Optional(if u want u can add cinnamon and clove in tadka)

Cooking Instructions

    In idli batter add all veggies and spices. And mix nicely.

  2. 2

    At the end add lime juice on the top add soda, mix it nicely then add this batter in greased baking pan.

    Prepare tadka before adding soda. In a pan add oil add mustard once it crackles then add hing and sesame seeds and curry leaves. Add this tadka on top of the batter.

    Then bake it according to your microwave or otg baking timing in my microwave I kept it for 45 mins,it's ready to serve.
