Steps

Cook the white rice(allow it to over cook) and set aside

Put semovita powder in bowl add cooked white rice, sugar and yeast.

Pour in Luke warm water and mix gently until a slightly thick batter is formed

Cover in an air tight container and allow to rise for 30 minutes

After it has risen, cut in your onions and mix
- 6
Your waina paste is ready you can then mount your tanda and start frying
