  1. 1 handfulmrenda
  2. 2 handfulkunde
  3. 1 pinchbaking soda
  4. Spring onions diced
  5. 250 mlmilk
  6. Salt for tasting

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the mbogas.

  2. 2

    Put a little abt a 1/2 cup of water in a sufuria and add the baking soda. Add the mbogas and stir. Continue stirring until the mbogas are ready

  3. 3

    Add the spring onions into the mboga and stir. Add the milk and salt to taste

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali
