This authentic Rajasthani Lehsun Ki Chutney aka Garlic Chutney is a really spicy chutney tempered chutney made with garlic cloves and some spices.

Combine the garlic cloves, dried red chilli, cumin seeds, salt, and water in a blender to make a smooth paste.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan. When the butter is hot enough add cumin seeds.When they start to crackle add chutney to it along with curd.

Stir well and let it cook on medium-low heat until the raw smell is gone and chutney is thick and loses the oil. Stir occasionally to prevent it burning. Serve with any paratha or snacks.
