Heat the oil in a wok.let it heat.

Add cumin seeds, crackle it.add garlic,ginger saute it.

Add onion Fry it for 2 minutes on high flame.

Add dry powdered spices in karela.

Add all dry spices,salt,mango powder.

Whole spices should be roasted in slow flame till released his own aroma.

Add it whole in karela.mix it well.

Keep this vegetables dry.after this remove it from the flame.It can be kept for 1 week.
