  2. 1 tspcrushed garlic
  3. 1big onion chopped
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tspturmric powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspchilli
  8. 1 tspSalt
  9. 2 tspOil
  10. 1 tspfennel seeds
  11. 1 pinchfenugreek seeds
  12. 1 tsponion seeds
  13. 4 tspcoriander seeds
  14. 2 tspmango powder

    Heat the oil in a wok.let it heat.

    Add cumin seeds, crackle it.add garlic,ginger saute it.

    Add onion Fry it for 2 minutes on high flame.

    Add dry powdered spices in karela.

    Add all dry spices,salt,mango powder.

    Whole spices should be roasted in slow flame till released his own aroma.

    Add it whole in karela.mix it well.

    Keep this vegetables dry.after this remove it from the flame.It can be kept for 1 week.
