Beans is something I hardly eat, the only way in do that is trying to make it extra special, that's why I always take my time to make my beans. My room mate back then in Uni taught mW this method and this has been my way to go method of cooking beans for years.

Beans is something I hardly eat, the only way in do that is trying to make it extra special, that's why I always take my time to make my beans. My room mate back then in Uni taught mW this method and this has been my way to go method of cooking beans for years.

Pick the dirt in the beans, then wash put in a pot, add water, half bulb of onion and salt then set on fire and start cooking, top up water as you cook then cook till done

While the beans is cooking, blend the pepper and tomatoes then set aside for later use

When the beans is cooked, add one.cup of palm oil in a sauce big sauce pan then heat for few seconds, add diced onion and sauté, at this point add the blended pepper and continue frying till oil starts to float on top, that's a sign that it's fried

Next, add the blended crayfish and seasoning then add the cooked beans and start to stir for about five minutes

Lower your heat and let it simmer for another three minutes, taste and adjust then put off the heat
