Assemble all the ingredients.

In a large bowl add 1 cup of water add peanuts, wash it and drain al the water.

Now add the wet peanuts and mix it well. Then add the olive oil and mix it well.

In another large bowl add all the ingredients (except olive oil) mix it properly.

In a microwave bowl grease little bit of olive oil then add all the peanuts mixture and cook in 2 minutes full micro, then switch of the microwave and stir it, now again cook in 4 minutes. Wait for when it cool it own.

Ready to serve Peanuts Pakora along with a glass of cranberry mojito.
