Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlboiled and squeezed soyachunks
  2. 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  3. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  4. 1/4 tsp aamchur powder
  5. 1/4 tspchilli powder
  6. 1/4 tspchat masala powder
  7. 1 tspfinely chopped green chillies
  8. 1finely chopped onions
  9. 1 tbspcorn flour
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind pre boiled and squeezed soyachunks coarsely and remove into a bowl

  2. 2

    Now add onions, green chillies and all the masala in coarsely grinded soyachunks and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now make the desired shape for cutlet and shallow fry it in a pan with 2 to 3 tsp of oil.Serve hot.
