Cut the plantain into halves and soak in cool water. This enables peeling the plantains easier

Peel the plantains and cut into nice shapes and sizes. Then add a pinch of salt

Place the frying pan on a medium heat, add the vegetable oil allow to heat and fry until its golden brown

When golden brown place in a plate and serve with any chilled drink of your choice
