Steps

Chop all the above vegetables (except green peas) in small size pieces.

Boil all the vegetables in a pressure cooker with only 2-3 tbsp of water untill half whistle.

Take the boiled vegetables in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt (keep it less as mayo is salty), black pepper powder and sugar. Mix well.

Take 1 bread slice and spread little butter on it, now take a spoon full of above mix and spread on the bread, then put another bread slice on it. (You can eat this sandwich this way by cutting into two or follow the next step to grill the sandwich)

Take a sandwich griller put little butter on it and grill the sandwich from both sides untill golden brown. Once done cut the sandwich into two and serve with tomato ketchup.
