Steps

First put some butter in pan and then put all the chopped vegetables mentioned above and saute it on slow flame by putting 1 pinch of salt.

Now put boiled corns along with schezwan sauce,chilli flakes and mixed herbs and mix it well.

Now give some steam to the ingredients which are in pan for atleast 2-3 minutes. Now apply some butter on bread and spread all the ingredients over the bread.

Do it on atleast 2 3 slices of bread and spread some Mozrella cheese over it keep it on the pan and provide steam for at least 4-5 minutes.

Now our corn cheese open sandwich is ready to eat. Serve hot it with tomato sauce.
