Ingredients

3/4 cupall purpose flour
1/4 cupsugar
1/4 cupmargarine/butter
3/4 tspbaking powder
1egg beaten
1/4 cupmilk
1/4 cupblueberries

Steps

In a bowl beat the sugar & butter till light & fluffy

Add the egg. Beat again

Now add the flour in batches followed by milk

Mix well.

Add a few berries.

Transfer in a baking dish or muffin tray
7

Bake in a preheated oven @160°c for 30-40 mins
