Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1/4 cupmargarine/butter
  4. 3/4 tspbaking powder
  5. 1egg beaten
  6. 1/4 cupmilk
  7. 1/4 cupblueberries

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl beat the sugar & butter till light & fluffy

  2. 2

    Add the egg. Beat again

  3. 3

    Now add the flour in batches followed by milk

  4. 4

    Mix well.

  5. 5

    Add a few berries.

  6. 6

    Transfer in a baking dish or muffin tray

  7. 7

    Bake in a preheated oven @160°c for 30-40 mins
