Canadian pasta-chicken salad 🥗

Chop and wash ur veggies all together and set aside to drain

To a clean bowl, Add ur cooked macaroni to the veggies

Chicken: mix the chicken with ginger, garlic, grinded scotch bonnets, onions, seasoning cubes, onga, spices (optional), curry and marinate for few minutes

To a heated pan add vegetable oil and add the chicken then cover.

After abt 6mins (check if it’s brown if not add few minutes), turn to the other side and allow for 6mins. (Take Note: keep on medium heat)

When it is brown, keep turning in the pan until pre-crisp and it is done

Shred the chicken into the veggie in the bowl and add ur SAUCE then mix thoroughly and it is ready
