Peel eggs and make slices in a small bowl

Add salt and pepper and chopped bell peppers

Keep your sandwich maker ready

Take two bread slices for making one sandwich

Apply butter one the bread slices

Place the egg mayonnaise mix on one slice and cover with another slice on the top

Now apply little butter on the top slice and close the sandwich maker

Once the indicator light goes off, sandwich is ready to serve
