Ingredients

  • 2 canschickpeas in brine
  • 6 tablespoonspickled beetroot
  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 15 mllemon juice
  • 25 mlpeanutbutter
  • To tastecrushed peppercorns

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain the chickpeas and keep the liquid.

  2. 2

    In the blender add the chickpeas, 60-80ml brine liquid, pickled beetroot, 30ml of the pickling beetroot liquid, olive oil, lemon juice and peanutbutter. Blend until smooth.

  3. 3

    Season with peppercorns.
