5medium sized Carrot
I large size mango
Halfcup evaporated Milk
I tbsp Ginger(fresh or dried)
Sugar(optional)

Peel carrots,dice and wash.

In another bowl,scrape out the main from the skin of the mango until you get as much as you can

Turn carrot and mango into a blender,add little water ginger and sugar if being used.

Blend into a smooth consistency then add milk
