Ingredients

  1. 5medium sized Carrot
  2. I large size mango
  3. Halfcup evaporated Milk
  4. I tbsp Ginger(fresh or dried)
  5. Sugar(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel carrots,dice and wash.

  2. 2

    In another bowl,scrape out the main from the skin of the mango until you get as much as you can

  3. 3

    Turn carrot and mango into a blender,add little water ginger and sugar if being used.

  4. 4

    Blend into a smooth consistency then add milk

  5. 5

    Stir,serve and enjoy
