Shahi tukda French toast

#shahi tukda in a new fusion form,with Rabri and strawberry compote.
Steps

Add milk,saffron strands and sugar to a thick bottom pan.

Stir it well on medium or low flame till you get a Rabri.

Add strawberries,water and sugar in another pan.

Stir on low flame till strawberries are soft and the mix is a little thick.

Cut the bread slices with a cookie cutter into round shapes.

Heat ghee in a non stick flat pan.

Dip the bread slices in a sugar syrup and then milk and then fry in the ghee till golden brown on both sides.

To serve,lat the bread slices on a plate,add Rabri and then strawberry compote.

Garnish with pistachios and serve.
