Aflatoon

#holisweets
Aflatoon is one of the most famous and popular sweets of western India. It is soft, smooth and tasty, somewhat like a cake. It must be tried to get the real taste. Aflatoon can be prepared anyday and anytime of the year. During Holi, I prefer to prepare Aflatoon because of it's shelf life. An added advantage of this sweet is that it can be stored and preserved outside the refrigerator also.
