Take a bowl and add all ingredients for stuffing. Mix well and keep aside.

Wash baingan and aloo, and peel the aloo. Cut into ' + ' but give a cut 1side in middle and from 2nd side in middle as it crosses each other. And stuff all them.

Now take a pressure cooker and add oil. And let it heat a while. Then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and wait to crackle. Then add asafoetida and curry leaves. Then add chopped tomato. Cook for 2 mins.

Then add a spoonful of stuffing masala into it.

Now add stuffed aloo and baingan and mix well.

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and some salt, mix well and add water till reach to the surface of aloo baingan. Then add peas and wait to simmer, then simmer for 4-5 mins.

Now lock the cooker and do 3 whistles on medium to low heat. Then wait to cool down. Transfer into a bowl and serve hot with roti.
