Steps

First for spinach cutlet - in a bowl take mashed potatoes,add ginger green chilli paste,spinach puree,boiled corns,black salt and bread crumbs. Cutlet mix is ready.

Now take small portion of mix and take flower shape mould. Put this mix into mould And take out.Repeat this process with remaining mix and make more flower shape cutletes.

Take a pan,add oil. Fry these cutlets until they becomes brown and crisp. Flower shape spianch cutlets are ready.keep them aside.

For green spread - in plate take grated paneer,add green chutney into this.Green spread is ready.

Now for presentation - take 2 pieces of bread. And cut these bread pieces into center by using flower mould.

Now take another bread slice and spread 1 tsp green spread all over. Now put flower shape cut bread pieces on it.

Now take spinach cutlet and put this cutlet into center. Surprise flower shape spinach sandwich is ready to serve.
