Boil the potatoes and peel the skin.

In a kadai pour oil.Add mustard,jeera and hing.Add green chillies,ginger.

Now add tomatoes and allow it to become little soft.Add haldi,chilli powder,dhania,jeera powder.Let it cook.

Add water and cooked potatoes.Smash the potatoes little bit before adding.

Add salt and amchur powder.In low flame allow the sabji to cook for 10min.

When the gravy thickens add finely chopped green coriander.Now off the stove.

Dubki Aloo is ready.It can be served with hot poori.
